You will have security and unobstructed 225 degree panoramic views from Mexico to the North Coast. This custom, single story home encompasses over 4,300 square feet of comfort with 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, a bonus room/office (can be used as a private 6th bedroom), and views from every room.
Truly a unique property with so much to do! Relax in the private courtyard while playing croquet, lounge by the pool, roast s’mores around the outdoor fire pit, or challenge a rival to a game of foosball while watching the sunset.

This is not a party house. Our home is tucked away in a quiet residential area, and is not suitable for parties, large gatherings or loud outdoor music. We kindly ask that you do not exceed the maximum guest occupancy, and respect our home and neighbors by adhering to designated quiet times (10:00pm – 8:00am).
There is a pool heating fee if you elect to heat pool and vary seasonally. Please contact us for a pool heating quote.

We have chickens and two small goats that reside on the property. During the day, they free range in a fully fenced coral. At night, the chickens return to their coop and the goats have their own shelter. The chickens will lay 3-5 fresh eggs in the nesting box between the coop and shed. You are welcomed to collect eggs from the nesting box outside the coop. The animals are very social and enjoy interacting but please do not let them out of the coral. Food and water is automated but someone will be coming by to check on animals every 2-3 days.

Summary: Beautiful…the landscape, hummingbirds, something for everyone to do, the secret room where we told ghosts stories in, s’mores over the fire pit. It’s just so relaxing and homey. The goats and fresh eggs were so much fun. The books and magazine! A great place to stay whether you are 2 or 70. It was priceless for our family. Thank you so much!

Summary: The pictures (as lovely as they are) do not do this home justice. Every window offers something new. As a birder I enjoyed drinking coffee and watching them flit here and there. We have stayed in a number of rentals over the years. We found this property to be very well appointed and stocked. The furniture was all comfortable. The beds and bedding were very good There were spaces to curl up in for alone time and also spaces to gather as a group. 10 of 10

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for a three-generation family gathering. We had room to spread out and loved the well-equipped kitchen and eating spaces. The pool was perfect for the kids and they enjoyed feeding the goats and checking for eggs. The view from the back porch was magnificent. The adults loved sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The hosts couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They responded immediately with every question we had before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this home.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Melinda’s property. It’s more stunning in person. The house is spacious and for our group of 12 comfortably. The pool and outdoor area are lovely and provide a breathtaking view of the sunset. I could not recommend this place enough!

Summary: One of our best vacations ever. The house, the view and location were perfect for our three generation family of 11 (6 adults and 5 teens). We found it to be immaculately cleaned and was fully equipped throughout the house especially in the kitchen and with plenty of pool toys. The pool, cabana, hot tub and fire pit got plenty of use! The hosts (Melinda and John) were very responsive to any of our questions or requests with great communication both before and during our visit. Fully recommend a stay here.
