Positive: We loved the pool and the diversity in the neighborhood.

Negative: Beaches are not walkable with an elderly grandparent and small children. When I picked this property almost a year ago it stated it was a one mile walk to the beach. It changed during that time and when. We arrived we quickly learned the description changed and the beach was not under a mile.

Summary: We loved the house and made endless memories.

Positive: The pool was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the clean/decor style.

Negative: I felt like in pictures it looked immaculate, and then once you actually got in there that wasn't the case. It is a cute house it just needs more upkeep. The pool could use some sort of shaded area and lounge chairs and the location is convenient to stores, but I wouldn't say it is the best neighborhood.

Summary: nice stay but could use more upkeep to make it more accommodating/comfortable.

Positive: Very clean, decorated nicely! The beds and linens were very comfortable. The pool is beautiful!

Negative: Needed better pool furniture. Grass and weeds in cracks needed to be cleaned up!

Positive: Very clean, lovely and bright in the kitchen and lounge area and good quality, comfortable beds. The pool area at the back was lovely too!

Positive: The pool and spa was nice..heated is a must to purchase. beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and well maintained, kitchen well stocked.

Negative: both trash cans (garbage and recycling) were full of stinky garbage and extra garbage in garage when we arrived..called Vacasa and we were told nothing could be done until Friday trash pick up…it was Sunday. neighbor has multiple cameras pointed toward the house and pool area and also an outside speaker is pointed towards the house that plays Spanish music, talk radio or christmas music.

Summary: A nice pool and spa, but beware of neighbors cameras.
