This delightful 18th century “mas” offering 550 sqm of living space is located 5 minutes from the centre of Boulbon village (and shops), 5 minutes from the exceptional Abbaye de Frigolet and 15 minutes from Avignon and Saint Rémy de Provence.
Set in 1.3 hectares of leafy grounds in a peaceful rolling environment, it benefits from an olive grove, shady terraces, a boules pitch, a trampoline and a secure 12 x 5 metre swimming pool (heated from April to October at extra cost).
It includes a living/reception room with a bar, a billiard table and a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with ample dining facilities, a library, a TV lounge, and a suite with a shower room. All rooms open onto terraces.
The upper floor comprises three distinct areas, with two bedrooms (one en suite with a bathroom, one en suite with a shower room) to the west, four further bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a shower room to the east, and an independent 8th bedroom en suite.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
