Positive: I checked in early morning of 28 February one of the gentlemen behind the service desk was accommodating and extremely helpful. He has only been at the job for two weeks. Has he explained it to me but he is definitely and his coworkers excellent addition to this Hotel operations. As they are what makes the hotel so much more special knowing the English language it is so important to be able to communicate on the most critical details of a transaction and any needs guest might require. I like the Location as well and a view of the city from the balcony since I was on the 38th floor, but most important because the floor was empty. I was able to sleep well even though most Hotel claimed to be noise proof It is not always the case you can always hear people talking outside the door, but not here. I was very pleased. I was the only one on that floor. The room is smell, clean no cigarette stench. The showers were clean, no mildew basically the Hotel is brand new. My room was a Superior King it had toiletries fres towels and a special shower head and hotwater. The room had a very spacious bed with fresh duvet and sheets I love the side nighttime lamp with plugs for the chargers and phones. The plugs on the walls will break your adapter since they need some type of nut loosing spray such as WD-40 that will allow an easy smooth plug-in or electrical gear, I have done in other locations and it works. I got one stove with and extraction fan and that was great except you neeed to bring your kitchen hardware if you plan to cook anything. The room had 3 in 1 coffee sachets and black tea and a kettle to heat up the water. Also two pairs of new slippers and bath robs. At your arruval there is a refundable $15 deposit. Slippers or robes ir anything taken from the room will come with a charge to you since even the slippers are loaners. I enjoyed the desk and comfortable office leather chair specially because they are new and very clean.
