Summary: The property was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous views and ideally located for touring the Avalon Peninsula. The hosts were very gracious allowing us a late check out as we had a late evening flight. We would recommend this property to anyone interested in a trip to this area of Newfoundland. Summary: This cottage and location are second to none! Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The hosts supplied all the kitchen staples including coffee pods! The view from the deck was breathtaking and the location handy to many sites. Communication easy and prompt. Very enjoyable !

Summary: Great location and proximity for local activities No closets could use more hooks and hangers. Great view from all living areas. Water has sulphuric taste and smell. Good kitchen and well stocked. Would recommend it.

Summary: My wife and I, along with our adult son, enjoyed our entire stay in this very comfortable and wonderfully decorated home. All of the necessities required were on hand, the home is very clean and comfortable and the ocean view is truly fantastic. I strongly recommend this cottage and would gladly stay again.

Summary: Million dollar view was hampered by tall trees. Very deceiving. No closets, hangers, hooks or drawers (already full), to store our clothing. No practical hooks in the bathroom. Miniscule counter space in bathroom (a shelf would be welcomed). With the window in the main bedroom facing the road we were disturbed early in the morning (6am) by traffic noise (trucks, trailers, quads, etc.). Mattress sagged considerably in the middle.

Summary: This house is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Irish Loop of the Avalon peninsula. Whales are visible in season right from the back porch! There is easy access to the East Coast Trail, as well as Boat excursions to the Witless Bay Bird Sanctuary. The house is fully equipped with kitchen amenities to allow for cooking on site. It is a private little paradise.

Summary: First of all, I can't say enough about how wonderful the property manager was/is. We were even provided a very extensive list of suggestions on things to do and places to visit while we were there. The beds were very comfortable, the deck provided a sublime area to listen to the ocean and hear and see the seabirds and the large window in the living area had a section that opened, so we heard the ocean and birds all day long (when we were there). I was in heaven! Because i like Newfoundland so much, I do plan on returning one day and I would certainly stay here again.
