Our cabin is surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest and borders the US Forestry Service Area, making it secluded, peaceful, and majestic! It is just a short walk from Lake Hiwassee, abundant with fish and wildlife. Enjoy the outdoors sipping coffee or hot cocoa from the screened-in porch. Grill on the patio while watching the sunset. Sit around the fire pit, making s’mores and enjoying a glass of wine. Centrally located to boat ramp, marina, dam, Historic Murphy, and Historic Blue Ridge.
The cabin is centrally located in the Appalachian Mountains and close to lots of fun spots like local dining restaurants, historic downtowns (Murphy, Blue Ridge, Helen, and Blairsville), Lake Hiwassee (trails, fishing, boat ramp, marina, and dam), recreation areas and trails for hiking, 7 waterfalls, Harrah's Cherokee River Valley Casino, Nantahala Outdoor Center, gem mining, stables, farms, breweries, wineries, and much more.
The cabin tastefully decorated to truly immerse yourself in the experience. The cabin sits on a fairly leveled acre , allowing guests to enjoy the backyard. Each bedroom has a 43 in TV and the living room has a 55 in TV. All TVs have over 190 channels with DISH and guests can also stream services with their own accounts. There is a veggie garden in the backyard that guests can enjoy when veggies are in season. There are tons of games available to play in the living room, screened-in porch, or yard. There is a selection of books to read cozied up in bed or by the fireplace, in the screen-in porch, or by the fire pit.
Guests have the entire cabin to themselves. Guests will have easy access to the cabin via a smart-lock; code is sent to guests the day of their arrival and expires at check-out time the day of their check-out.
There is parking for 2 cars on-site; it is a flat leveled gravel driveway.
There are 3 owners closets, a garage, and shed that guests have no access to.
Cell service is not guaranteed at our cabin in the mountains. If your phone has Wi-Fi calling, enable it after connecting to the cabin’s Wi-Fi to be able to make phone calls. The cabin offers the best internet service for available in this area of the mountains. We cannot give refunds if issues should arise with cell phone service and TV and Internet performance issues.

Summary: We have stayed at a number of vacation properties and this was one of the best - maybe the best. Very well provisioned, very clean. We would definitly stay here again if in the area.

Summary: Omg I don’t even know where to start, from the very beginning of booking this property the host was very responsive, friendly with quick response time. That lasted through out the whole stay! Check in was absolutely painless I was given code the morning of check in and not one problem. The cabin is very clean everything looks like it belongs it perfectly decorated! Very quiet area! Cabin is equipped with everything you would need to cook well . Honestly if your looking for a relaxing getaway somewhere that almost feel like home this is your place. Definitely did not want to leave! Thanks again for letting us stay in the one of a kind cabin made memories that will last a lifetime!
