Summary: It was a nice stay. Very comfy. Clean. Artsy. Problems. Drains in one bath were slooow. I thought the communication could have been better. Not what I’m used to.

Summary: Located closely to every where we wanted to visit in the city. House has lots of bright colors. Used kitchen appliances without any issues. House was extremely clean.

Summary: We enjoyed a long weekend in this very nicely decorated home. It had everything we needed for our stay. Home was clean and spacious and close to everything we were there for. Parking was a bit tight - but we managed. Neighborhood was quiet and seems to be "up and coming" with a mixture of home styles. This one was a gem. I would stay again - and do recommend this rental.

Summary: In general the house was as advertised. The only downside was that the thermostat was not working so we didn’t have heat. The owner did have someone get us 2 small space heaters. We also ran out of hot water in the morning. The third person that showered, in the morning, had a chilly shower. Thankfully one person showered the night before.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay...lots of space to be together, or apart! Fully stocked with the basics. Close proximity to the Highland Festival Grounds at KY Expo Center. Monica is an awesome, responsive host! I had several requests and she took care of them!
