Positive: The owner was really helpful and flexible, making sure we would have a great stay. The house is really clean and well equipped, i.e. the kitchen and the bathroom. The nearby beach, a little bay, is really great, 50-100m away and great for families with little kids as it's very shallow. There is a great restaurant that you can easily reach by foot (300m) and the nearby village has great shops (bakery, vegetables& fruits, supermarkets) and good restaurants. Ostuni is 15min by car, as is Brindisi and Carovigno 10mins is lovely with good food places.
