Positive: The apartment exceeded our expectaction. One of the most well equipped kitchen, nice big bathroom, big bedroom with confy bed. Free private parking (inside garage) and also free staying for our dog. The Metro station is nearby so a trip to Termini takes about 20 min, 30 min to Coloseo. And we can not forget the best welcoming from Max. Thank you, Max!

Summary: For me was the best aparment to stay in beautiful Rome!

Positive: The host is kind and extremely guest-oriented. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about ensuring his guests have a positive experience. The apartment is nice and located close to a supermarket and the metro, but what impressed us the most was that no outside noise could be heard from the room at all. All in all, we were satisfied and, thanks to the host, felt truly welcomed.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Only 8 min walk from subway which takes you into Rome in about 15 minutes. Wonderful (and handsome!) host Max was very kind and made check in very easy. Wi-Fi worked great too. Comfortable bed and good shower. Highly recommend!!

Positive: Location was perfect as it was only a 5 minute walk to the metro and were in the centre of Rome in 15mins. Max is a lovely host and was very helpful with suggestions about the local area and where to eat. The apartment was great with everything you need and was tastefully decorated.

Positive: We are extremely happy that we found Max's apartment to rent for our (unfortunately) short stay of 2 nights. First of all, the apartment is very nice and comfortable, there is everything you may need, 1 living room with a huge screen, balcony and comfortable sofa. There is also a spacious bedroom with super comfy mattress and pillows, big wardrobe and a fridge. The fridge is also located in the living room. Both rooms are served by separate air conditionin and it works excellent. In the bathroom you will find all amenities, even a new tooth brush and lots of towels. In the kitchen you can make a delightful coffee in the morning. There is also a washing machine! Secondly, the location is perfect, Rebbibia metro station is nearby and as it is the first station of metro line B, you will always get a seat. Using line B you can easily reach Ponte Mammolo bus station that will take you to many towns around Rome, for example a lovely town of Tivoli. You can also get access to Tiburtina train station and Roma Termini. With line B you can also reach Colosseo. At Termini station you can change line B to line A and get easily to Spagna, Fontana Di Trevi and Vaticano. Remember, metro in Rome works perfect, trams too. City buses are not reliable. A casa di Max is located in a quiet and peaceful area. We always felt safe during our stay. Across the main street, a few minutes from Max's apartment there is Lidl store where you can get all supplies. You will also find nice restaurants in the area. Last but not least, Max is exceptional. No need to say more but I will - He is very kind and always at your service. He cares about his guests replying fast to every question you may have during your stay. He is friendly and supportive. Max decided to help us with getting to Termini station with lots of luggage we had. He picked us up and on the way to Termini in his car, my mom found out that she left her phone in the apartment.
