Summary: The only thing this place has going for them is the proximity to the Vatican city (20 mins walk). And proximity to the metro. However, the mattress is stained and the bathroom needs a major revamp. Oh and no actual breakfast.... But luckly there was a cute cafe at the corner of the street....

Summary: We liked how polite and friendly the cleaner was and the room was a good size, airy and spacious. Toilet is right infront of the shower so not sure how you could sit down with long legs but it was fine for us! We liked where it is it’s about 15 minutes walk out from the Vatican next to the market and about an hour to the Roman Forum ( treck fountain and Pantheon are just 10 minutes closer than this). We weren’t let in on the first night due to a misunderstanding with late arrival so had to stay at the Hotel Franklin instead. Casa Boschi waved the city tax as a refund for this so all dealt with. Nice and quiet on a night as it is in a residential area but nice restraunts just around the corner. Would return for the great price

Summary: Both members of staff were lovely, was a short walk from the vatican and metro station, was very clean. Would definately stay again if we decide to go back to rome.

Summary: The staff were absolutely amazing. The Property show signs of aging and a bit run down but doable if you staying for couple of nights. It offer a unique experience compared to traditional hotels.

Summary: Pleasant stay in a near-city venue. Only negative was glass doors on WC (and didn’t shut) that were an uncomfortable experience for my wife and myself. Perhaps better doors would provide more comfort. Concierge was very amenable and a wonderful smile.

Summary: Casa bochi was my favorite place to stay so far! They make you feel like family... but a good family, who respects your space. Breakfast was perfect every morning and so great to have the little kitchen there. 10/10 recommend.
