I’m a professional host offering four beautiful, light-filled guest rooms in my elegant Victorian terrace home—just a short stroll from Brighton’s bustling Laines and the lively seafront.
Whether you're in town to shop, dine, or soak up the atmosphere, you’ll find the perfect retreat here to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Each room is newly decorated in calming, neutral tones and features a brand-new double bed with a memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep.
With large windows, high ceilings, and plenty of space to spread out, every room feels bright and welcoming.
Two rooms come with their own private en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a spacious, luxury bathroom. This particular room also includes a comfy sofa bed (small double), a 50-inch smart TV, and a private luxury bathroom—perfect for couples, friends, or solo travellers who appreciate a little extra comfort.
You'll have tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer, fluffy towels, and ample storage in every room. Plus, you’ll receive your own key and fob for complete flexibility during your stay.

Summary: I had a lovely overnight stay with Babs and felt really at home. The house is great and in a super easy location to get into Brighton, (I walked into the centre of town in around 30 mins at a gentle pace.) There is plenty of free on street parking at the weekend, always a bonus in Brighton! The bed was super duper comfy and I had a lovely relaxing stay.

Summary: We cannot praise Babs enough and strongly recommend her property. We felt like house guests, not that we were just paying for a room. Welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. The house is lovely and the garden is a quiet spot to relax in. Our room was clean and just like the picture. The location of the house is perfect - you can walk to the sea front if you want and it would take about 30 minutes, or regular buses pass at the end of the road. Lots of takeaways and handy shops. If you are going to Brighton - definitely stay here.

Summary: Babs’ property was nothing short of perfection. We booked to have somewhere to stay whilst attending Brighton Pride and left booking fairly late and weren’t sure what to expect however we were all stunned at how beautiful the house is. Babs herself was an incredible host who really did go out of her way to make us as all feel as welcome as possible. I wish I could give something constructive to say but truly couldn’t fault the property or Babs. Thanks again!
