A lovely fully furnished and fully equipped apartment (all bed linen, sheets, duvets, blankets, bath towels and pool towels are provided). The apartment is part of a shared home, situated in a lovely sleepy countryside village, yet only 6 minutes drive from a bustling town. The apartment comprise the ground floor level. It has a double bedroom (which has an additional double bed if required). The second bedroom comprises twin beds with separate toilet. The apartment has a modern family sized shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, blender etc etc. The Living room (with French and UK TV & DVD ) comprises 2 bed settee’s and has direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The property is remote enough to have a fantastic relaxing holiday or can act as an excellent base, to visit the many historic towns and villages of SW France. The property is accessed through an electrically operated gate, affording ample privacy and secure private parking. The immediate surrounding area is great for both hilly and flat walks with the beautiful River Aveyron just 0.5 miles from the apartment. The historic town of Villefranche de Rouergue, only 6 mins by car, boasts all the usual supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and has its fair share of gorgeous bakeries. The owners have 2 dogs and a cat and are therefore pet friendly, so pets are welcome with prior consent of the owners.

Summary: This property is as good as it looks on the photo. Dawn and Andy are super hosts going out of the way to make guests feel welcome. The property itself is well furnished ,very spacious with all you could expect. Lots of walks close by and lots to see nearby. Thoroughly recommend

Summary: Dawn and Andy were great hosts. Martha, our Labrador, was made very welcome too! Lots of good walks and cycling close by. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and the pool is a real bonus.

Summary: Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and have been looked after superbly by Andy and Dawn for whom nothing was too much trouble. The gite is wonderfully homely and superbly equipped - together with the patio, garden space and of course the pool. The location - secluded but only minutes from town, with all of its amenities, cafes restaurants and markets - is absolutely ideal. It's been a truly memorable holiday and we’ve recommended the gite to our friends and family since our return. Look forward to returning next year!

Summary: The property is to a high standard and the owners are very friendly and helpful - Beautiful location with lots of lovely walks Not too far from the main village which has lovely bars and restaurants, with market days and beautiful architecture - where time just seems to standstill / if your venturing out further a field there are some beautiful towns and castles to visit Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return February 2018 Thank you Andy and Dawn for a wonderful break in your holiday apartment 😁

Summary: Wow, what a week! Me and my girlfriend have just returned from an incredible break in Ville-franche de Rouergue. It was our first time here and we will definitely return. A big thank you to Andy and Dawn, the wonderful hosts, who from the moment we arrived were warm, accommodating and full of information about all of the local amenities and places to see in Ville-franche. The two of them made our stay that extra bit special. The house itself is stunning. Down in a beautiful valley, with picturesque landscape, it was the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We felt so lucky to have found this place, for such a great price. Surrounding the house are some beautiful farms, rivers and forestry making this place HEAVEN for walking enthusiasts. We spent alot of our days enjoying the beautiful, tranquility of the local area. Just a short drive into the local town, maybe 3 minutes by car. The Centre is full of quaint French bakeries, beautiful restaurants, and small bars with most offering a beautiful al fresco area to enjoy your panaché (Shandy) out in the sun. With a beautiful river running directly through the middle, this place is perfect for a long afternoon of exploring, dining and maybe even a little drinking. A big thank you again to Andy and Dawn, we both hope to return again shortly and can't recommend your beautiful house anymore! Danny & Ella
