Positive: Stunning house with plenty of character and geeat touches ro make the stay even more enjoyable. Decor really cool. Whole house very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for festival at sefton park, within walking distance to lots of cafes, bars and green areas. Need to say a particular thank you to the host for coming out to the property late at night as the key had got lost after falling off its key ring. Really good of them and got there very quickly. Communication and service was exceptional. Incredible value for money. Highly recommend!

Negative: Not so much what we didn't like but just a couple of little things that could be improved. -Bathroom tap constant stream of water coming from it, needs fixing -Toilet seat loose, needs replacing -bathroom door doesn't latch -keyring for house key needs replacing! -parking tricky as on street so is just luck. We needed to park on adjacent street. Not a complaint but just need to consider this if you've got a lot of luggage None of these are complaints, just little things that could do with some attention. These certainly didn't take anything away from our trip and want to say a big thank you for letting us stay at your stunning property!

Positive: The house is beautiful and the owners have really thought of every little touch :) there are board games to play if you have a night in, a lovely little sun trap garden to enjoy a morning brew!! This is our second time staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again it really is a perfect property.

Positive: The house was in an area close to either catching a bus or train. Parking outside was easy. The decor was very good with comfy sofas, a large table in the dining room and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfy too! An Uber into town costs around £12. The owner very kindly dropped off my mobile phone that I'd left behind - thank you.

Positive: It felt like home. Priced perfectly. Even had a pastry brush and cheese knife! Very comfy bed . Host was really friendly and helpful . Proper linen on the beds.

Negative: On street parking - busy at night but I always found a space.
