Negative: Nothing really. If you like a good pub there a a couple that are not far away but oad has no footpath so best accessed by car or bike.

Positive: What’s a beautiful cottage! Our first impression was how amazing the gardens are kept. There is a large front garden with very a comfortable lounger and chairs to sit in the sun in the morning and a beautifully kept secluded back garden with pot plants/geraniums wherever you look. There was also a lovely garden furniture set under a tree which was so peaceful to sit and enjoy an evening drink. On entering the property we immediately had a sense of warmth and comfort. Everything about the cottage has been beautifully thought through and it simply could not be more charming. We could not speak more highly of the host Paul. We had had various communications from Booking.com and on his mobile and he could not have been more attentive on ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. He even went to the trouble of offering to help us across the river to meet some friends that we had planned to have lunch with at the Ramsholt Inn. I could not recommend this property and owner more. We will definitely be returning in future. Thank you.

Positive: This is a charming little property, suitable for both summer and winter...there is private parking and a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine in summer. The host was very kind, ensured I arrived safely and provided me with nibbles, drinks and also a bottle of prosecco....the property was clean with lovely well equipped, comfortable rooms. Although it was 34 degrees outside, the temperature in the house was comfortable and the bedroom has a fan. I will stay again!

Negative: I can't fault the place. The booking.com website is not accurate when it comes to the location. It sends you to the old golf course and not all cars SATNAV can locate the property using the postcode only. Good guidance is needed to find the property especially if driving at night.

Positive: Stunning little cottage, beautiful decor, delightful gardens front & back, exceptionally comfortable bed, everything you need for a great stay. Lovely area for walks, pubs, visiting Aldeburgh, Woodbridge, etc... There is some occasional traffic noise on the country road where property is but very, very quiet from 10 pm ish so a great nights sleep & able to have windows open. Paul, our great host, provided all relevant information & provided lovely touches, such as fresh flowers, goodies & drinks if required. Thank you Paul. We hope to return when we next visit family.
