Positive: The rooms are really nice and comfy, the hotel is really close to the city and the train station but there is barely any noise so it’s nice and quiet at night and in the morning when you wake up. The sauna is really good and so is the pool.

Negative: Breakfast is a bit rubbish, there is only the same options every day and the portion sizes are not the best. The staff at the front desk were overall decent, however the shower in my room fell out of the ceiling just minutes after I had gotten out, so I went down to reception to be told I would receive a refund for the damage to our room. However after going back home and emailing the hotel to see where my refund was I was told I would not be getting a refund and that the information I was told was incorrect and they refused to give me a refund for the damage.

Positive: The location was excellent for getting around the city, for the Saturday antique market/antique shops and centres and for some really nice places to eat. Loved that the hotel had a pool and sauna, especially after walking and sightseeing all day. Convenient for two train stations, Chapelle and Central.

Negative: The pool was cold 🥶 and some of the jets didn't work.
