Positive: This is an exceptional property for a group trip. The views from the deck with the infinity pool out onto the lake are unbelievable. There are so many different areas to sit and relax and enjoy the holiday. Roby was a classy host and nothing was too much for the staff. We used the kayaks and the food was wonderful. There is no reason to exit the property and explore Cochin - enjoy every moment here instead!

Positive: Location/ Privacy etc excellent. Breakfast was a disappointment…for the rate charged , complimentary breakfast spread should be better.
Negative: Shower was not working properly in the evening; not enough water and hot water was not available. Probably bcoz it runs on solar power; but that cannot be an excuse ; should have alternate arrangements for getting hot water in the night. Wooden deck appears a bit run down; looks can be made better if oiled more frequently.

Positive: Beautiful property. It's an oasis of calm and luxury near Kochi. No need to leave the property even if you stay for 5 nights. Great food, attentive service and well maintained property. The main pool is exceptional, as are the plunge pools.

Positive: Wow, this place is truly impressive! The location is stunning—right on the banks of a river with an infinity pool. The walk from the driveway to the indoors is absolutely breathtaking. All rooms have river views, are spacious, and beautifully designed. The dining area is gorgeous, and the indoor-outdoor spaces with koi carp ponds add to the charm. The entire property has an amazing vibe that makes the experience unforgettable. Watching the birds and fishing boats, I felt truly one with nature. The general manager, Robbie, really ensures everything runs smoothly and makes sure all our needs were met. The staff (Anand and the gardener) were fantastic—always there when we needed them, yet discreet when we didn’t. The food (made by chef Akhil) was incredible; every meal was absolutely delicious! Thank you all for making our stay so special!!
Negative: Cant think of anything except there were a lot of mosquitoes when we were there!!...
Summary: A WOW property that we can't wait to return to! Highly recommend!

Positive: The property was designed so beautifully with so much attention to detail. The staff were amazing always available for anything that you could possibly need. Robbie was THE best having any information you might want. The rooms were very comfortable. Everything had air conditioning, the outside space was so relaxing. It’s so hard to describe how perfect this place was. The chef was also amazing and the food was excellent. I would definitely come back again again.
Negative: Everything was perfect if you felt like something was missing all you had to do is ring the bell and Robbie would sort it.
