Located in the Baugeois region, 30 minutes from Angers and Saumur, near the Zoo de la Flèche (20 km), "P"tite Angevine" welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. You can enjoy numerous activities in the surrounding area (golf, horseback riding, festivals (opera or theater) in season), or even reach the banks of the Loire, accessible in 25 minutes from the cottage.
This village house, located next to the church, offers on the ground floor a fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, etc.) with a dining area, a living room with a television, a master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm double bed, and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower. A laundry room (washing machine, cleaning equipment) and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the cottage has a bathroom with a shower, double sink vanity, and WC, and three attic bedrooms, each with a wardrobe:

- one bedroom with two 90cmx190cm single beds
