Positive: The location and view are fabulous. The unit itseld was very comfortable and suited to medium term stays. The information on the portal was a good feature although other support was not.

Negative: It was light on for crockery and utensils so we had to wash plates etc every time they were used, making dishwasher almost redundant, and with say 4 plates we had to improvise a bit for food prep / serving of shared plates What really angered me was that whilst the instructions on the portal looked good they were not quite fullsome enough and the advised helpline did not exist when needed. We drove in and saw the pictured carpark roller door and unit entrance. We could see marked bays through the grille. We saw the key box next to the roller door so parked in front of the roller door and went to the wall mounted keybox. It had the advised code displayed so we were sure that we had the right box and looked no further. Indeed we could see a key in the container so had no doubt that we were looking in the correct place. As it wouldn't just open we zeroed the dials and reset them to the advised code and tried that severally. When that didnt work I rang the helpline number. The first and second times it just rung out so I waited a couple of minutes and tried again - I got through and as invited left a message with the promise of a prompt return call. It never came !!!!!!!!!!! So after 20 minutes we went to the entry door and lo and behold saw two more locked boxes, each displaying the code we were given. The first wouldnt open but the second did so we ultimately gained access to the accommodation but never to the carpark. Even when we ultimately got the key, the fact that the code was showing and anyone could access the premises was also poor form. Since then I have advised them by email of the issue with no response 4 days later.

Positive: Clean and had most things that were needed. Air con worked well. View was lovely. Location was good.

Negative: 1. Check in is 3pm, not 2pm. 2. 3rd floor - no lift. 3. No parking associated with the property - had to pay, and sometimes there wasn’t even a paid parking spot available near the unit. Plenty of parks underneath the building. Bit annoying that we couldn’t use the one that is obviously associated with the unit. 4. 2nd bedroom is TINY and all the cupboard space has random stuff in it - okay for us as only 1 person in there. 5. One of the glass doors out to the balcony doesn’t lock. 6. The lock box system takes some working out and when I tried to contact the property I couldn’t get hold of anyone - took over an hour to get in.

Summary: It was okay, but would probably try somewhere different next time.

Negative: The stairs are very difficult and old buildings. Floor close to window needs repairing, and wardrobes need fixing.

Negative: 3 Flights of stairs and the very strong curry smell in the stairwell both day and night The water pressure was not the best and the hand held shower leaked out the hose connection

Summary: I would book again but hope the shower is fixed first
