Positive: Can’t fully comment on all facilities as didn’t use them really but they looked nice! Definitely need a hire car with location (San Nicola Arcella is a 20 minute car journey away), but well worth it for both aspects. Bagio, our lovely host, & everything else we encountered gets a 10/10 from us! We can’t wait to return!

Negative: Only downside was sink too big in bathroom making it awkward to get in & out of shower

Summary: Peace & Tranquility in beautiful Calabria where the people are just as lovely as the scenery!

Positive: Very nice place - highly recommended! The apartment is modern and the rooms are clean and new. There is a very nice and big outside space with garden, green, lots of space to sit and a big clean pool. Also the breakfast is amazing - lots of choice and Biago is very kind and welcoming.

Positive: Biagio is the hardest working man we've met in the 30 days spent traveling from Northern to Southern Itsly. He made sure our breakfast was there every single morning. He was always available to answer questions about where to eat and other questions about Scalea. We talked every day just about casual things. He was there so much we thought he lived on property. I can't tell you how much of a difference he made. I now consider him a true friend and will stay at the same place for our next trip. We are looking at homes in the area there, so there will be future trips. The facility design is very nice. I would consider it to be industrial. The rooms are spartan but exceptionally clean. The Wifi was very good and consistent. The patio just outside of the rooms were very nice. On a couple of nights I just sat outside to enjoy the night sky. I really liked the secure parking as the whole facility is fenced in. Our overall experience was truly outstanding, much of it owed to my new friend, Biagio.

Negative: The TVs are way too small for the room. I would suggest smart TVs so guest can cast their shows from cellphone, tablets, etc The TV, however, was not a deal breaker.

Positive: 87029house is a boutique hotel located in a rural, picturesque environment near Scalea. The hotel is artistically decorated and features an infinity pool, indoor and outdoor lounging areas, and a breakfast room. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good.

Negative: Nothing. Highly recommended.

Positive: Biagio was a very nice host. Communication before the stay was already great and also during the stay he helped us with tips and was always available. The house has nice touches and you can easily reach some sights by car in 10-15min.

Negative: You can hear pretty much everything. From outside the room and the rooms next door.

Positive: Our host Biagio was amazing, gave us a perfect welcome and recommendations for our stay. (fantastic agriturismo for dinne!r)The hotel is very comfortable and clean and convenient for both the beach and National Park. Great breakfast and coffee provided. We wished we could stay longer but will be back!
