Positive: The location is fabulous. The property is better than the pictures! The flat is very spacious, and the view from the balcony is amazing. The host was very responsive, both before the stay and during it.

Positive: Great apartments. We were there in 12 persons in 4 apartments on the floor 6 and 7. The view is outstanding, You can see the sea and buildongs around from the balconies. There are everything You need in the apartments, interiors are really nice and fresh. There are two exits one on the waterfront and second one on the back street. Ruth was really great and friendly host, she checked in us earlier and let us stay longer on the day of our flight. 100% recommend, great place to spend some time in Malta.

Positive: Great location, view from balcony if you floor 2 or above. 2 floor balcony levels with a roof of the small building infront which onbscurs viewing of the bay.Spacious,, clean flat, shops and st george bay with sandy beach in walking distance, nice host and great communication with host via whats up

Negative: Would be great to have a tumbe dryer as lots of people come for beach holidays and swiming gear doesnt dry quick enough. Tumbledryer could be put on top of wachine machine or have a combine one.Also, no dishwaher and limited number of dishes, like 4 of each size, so if you have 3-4 people and use one plate for a meal per person, than one might have a problem finding dishes to place bread, cheese, sweets, fruits etc.

Positive: The location and view are superb. There are lovely views of the bay below.

Negative: The apartment had quite a bit of noise from the builders across the street, the patio door had a poor seal so we were awake at 8am each day when the builders started work, and the noise carries from other apartments in the block. A couple of small things would be of help. Replace the ironing board cover and a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels up.

Summary: We loved St. Julians and the views and neighbouring restaurants were a big bonus and would stay here

Positive: Everything was perfect. The view from the balcony is exactly the same as the photo. You can jump into the waters within 5 mins walk. Really nice restaurants also within 5 mins. The kitchen is well equipped. The host is very helpful and always responds promptly.
