The property is deep in the countryside, 13km from the sea, ideally-placed for discovering the Côte de Penthièvre and its seaside resorts of Pleneuf Val André and Erquy. Don't miss the tourist attractions of Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte or the historic town of Lamballe with its national stud farm, half-timbered houses, collegiate church and museum.
