Summary: The fridge in the room wouldn’t stay cold, the staff allowed us to keep a tres leches cake in their fridge until we needed it! Only complaint was the girl working the arcade counter. She messed up my daughter’s redemption and acted like she didn’t. Other than that everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Summary: There was supposed to be free breakfast everyday. Unfortunately there was not until the last day. My son dropped Cheetos on the floor of the room the first day and it wasn’t cleaned until the last day of our 4 night stay. Disappointed

Summary: We booked our dates incorrectly to be able to enjoy some of the amenities, but the staff was really kind and helped us to adjust.

Summary: There was confusion regarding my reservation. NsDeborah at the front desk was so gracious and when she wasn't sure, she immediately went to her supervisor...Cash, yes, I typed that right, 7Ckan Casino, supervisor name is Cash!! What a very nice young man!! Went above and beyond to locate my reservation and honor it. My room was incredibly clean, If i had to come up with even one pho-pa? There was no mini fridge, and i certainly needed it after super..Needing a place for my leftovers, because i definitely wanted them! Because the food in the FlatWater Bar and Grill, down in the casino was incredible! And what i couldn't eat , I WAS taking with me. And Christine, the bartender who took care of us was so friendly and accommodating. If go, I highly recommend the roastbeef. Wow! Everything is so expensive now, a diner for 2 with a drink each ,plus tip was roughly $60. The roast was well worth that and more ! Now, only because an establishment can't be 100%, 100% of the time and I HAD to find one flaw. I wasn't on vacation, I wasn't out to have fun. I was working, out in the blazen hot sun, my work journey lasting a day longer than expected, and i needed to do a small load of washing. No laundry service. No small room with a self pay washer and dryer. All of that said..To everyone at 7Clans, from Deborah, and Christine, to Cash ....Your worth every bit your name implies, THANK YOU! I will be back . And highly recommend 7Clan Casino in Oklahoma!

Summary: We stayed in the Otoe king suite. Very spacious and comfortable. The water park was great! The arcade was good just wished more of the games were working and not down. But the amount of tickets given for the game play was great and the prizes were really good also! The breakfast was delicious!

Summary: We had a great time! The room was very clean, breakfast was fast and organized, the pool is always staffed with lifeguards. The only problem we had was checking in. The lady was very rude and not helpful. Thankfully we had other family staying too so they were able to help us. The rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be making this an annual stop!
