Positive: The apartment is in a very convenient location and close to underground and restaurants/cafes. It has plenty of space and everything we needed during our stay. Easy check in and checkout process and Peter was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back again in the future. Highly recommended.

Positive: excellent location. cute basement style apartment. warm, airy & light filled. Great little kitchen & laundry facilities. Peter the host was very good at communicating & was quick to respond to questions. a very pleasant person.

Negative: the sofas x 2 in the living space. they really only sleep 1 adult in each bed & they aren't really comfy, (especially for a 3 night stay), so we had to make up both sofas which made the living space cluttered.

Positive: The apartment is in a great location. For example, it takes only 3 minutes to walk to Notting Hill Gate metro station, and around 9 minutes to get to Kensington Gardens. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The apartment is comfortable and very clean. The owner is helpful and very friendly. We highly recommend it!

Positive: The location was fantastic, and it was convenient to leave the key in the box because we didn't always go to the same places and came and went separately (my spouse worked while we explored). Very close to the tube and plenty to eat and do within a quick walk. Having two doors between the bedroom and living area was great because it kept the living room quiet for those sleeping there. We appreciated having the washer and the bathroom was spacious with strong shower pressure.

Negative: The bed could have been more comfy, we could feel the springs.

Summary: Overall a wonderful stay! Would choose this location if traveling to this part of London again.
