Summary: Place was large & great! The only hiccup we had was the VRBO images of the rooms were different than the ones provided in a pdf email. PDF showed bunk beds in 3 rooms. Anyways the place was really nice for our large family. Pickle ball court was great!

Summary: We had a very time at this lovely home. The kitchen, dining room and living room are places where we spend the most time. Plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils to cook for large group. The pickleball court is a plus if you play, but otherwise there weren’t really entertainment in the house. The ping pong equipment was damaged and no pool table as listed. The bed arrangements were a little off compared to the listing but we managed. Kids had a great time in theatre. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back. Hopefully next time there will be more entertainment for the adults.

Summary: My wife and I had four of our married children and our 10 grandchildren on a family vacation to the Shakespeare Festival. We could all stay comfortably in this house, which is also close to the festival, restaurants, and shopping.

Summary: We had a getaway at this location with around 20 people. The house perfectly slept us and was large enough for everyone to be entertained in their own way. The movie room was perfect, and all the amenities were as listed. If you have a large group of people, this is probably one of the best places to stay to check out Zion and any other outdoor activities nearby.

Summary: We had an amazing visit ! So happy to have so much room to accommodate such a big group. The house had so many kitchen items to make our cooking easy. We loved the pickle ball court, the ping ball table, the theater…all of it.
