Positive: The apartment is right by the lake and only 10 min walk from the train station. The bedroom and living room were spacious. There is a private garden for resting. The parking spot is right down the building

Negative: The mattress was rather soft and not confortable. The bathroom has an old fashioned bathtub quite slippery and dangerous. The price is too high given the location

Negative: More to do with the location, walking along the road feels dangerous as there are no pavements, so one has to walk on the actual road, so keep this in mind if you have a dog you have to walk.
