Positive: Everything was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect – close to everything I needed, yet quiet and relaxing. My room had a beautiful view and was equipped with everything I could possibly need. The hotel itself has all the facilities and comforts to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Positive: Hats off to anyone who manages to find such a fantastic, first-class, and flawless place to stay in Miami Beach, just 250 meters from the beach. We were very satisfied. Bravo!

Negative: • The Wi-Fi code we received in advance was incorrect. The correct one is: Miacasa… But this was not the host’s fault. • The air conditioning setup could use some adjustment: the master bedroom next to the terrace doesn’t get cool enough, while the smaller bedroom by the hallway feels like an icebox. • The beach lounger service for guests is disappointing: either don’t offer it or do it properly. At the moment, even a family of five only receives two loungers – without an umbrella. To get an umbrella, the beach staff ask for an additional $20, card payment only. This feels cheap and not very elegant. • The bed linen was surprisingly poor quality — we honestly couldn’t understand it. Such a shame. Every other detail in the apartment shows great attention and care, so why use such cheap bedding?

Positive: Beautiful, well-maintained building in a great location. The staff were very kind and helpful. The facilities were really nice and the North Beach area is super quaint.

Negative: As hotel guests we didn't have access to the rooftop. We only have access to the 5th floor (which does have a pool, gym, and co-working space).

Positive: Modern, elegant and very pleasant apartment. A beautiful view from the 15th floor of the apartment practically the entire Miami Beach skyline and the downtown in the distance. Very close to the beach, in the area of many different shops and restaurants. Restaurants are not in my standard and quite old, but everyone has their own taste. The building is completely new, very well designed, elegant, clean. Staff very helpful. The room is very well equipped. The kitchen is equipped with practically everything you could want, including a toaster, stove, blender, etc. The room is also very spacious, it also had extra towels and bed linen provided. The bathroom is fully equipped. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Negative: It's hard to find any downsides. There are a lot of new investments in the area and work is underway, but it is not burdensome.
