Summary: The entire home and property was perfect for our family trip. We had three generations with 10 adults, 7 kids and 1 infant. Everyone was comfortable, we had everything we needed, and the property was enjoyable for all ages! The pool was a huge plus and perfect for the warmer days. The owners were wonderful. And we even had caterers come to prepare dinner each night which was amazing! I highly recommend this property and we would absolutely book it again.

Summary: We had family members coming in from 4 states for a family reunion. The main house accommodated most of us; the tiny house was perfect for the teenagers who wanted their own space. While the room accommodates were ample, we felt the house was lacking a bit. We too, like other reviewers, had a discrepancy with the check in and check out times. VRBO has times listed that are not the same as owners. Additionally, the barn room was hot. Too hot to use during the day even with the garage door and fans on. There are also several games that do not work in the game room. We only used the game room at night as too hot during the day without AC. The lighting from barn room to main house is not well light requiring phones as flashlights. The 3 hours for the hot tub goes quickly when 1 hour is to heat. We did not pay for additional hours. The fire pit/furniture need a good power washing. Overall, we felt for the price we paid it lacked a little. Regardless, we had ample space to get together, but we felt the house shows better in the photos than in person.

Summary: The extended family had a great time in the (huge!) game room, the pool, and the main house. The entire ranch is such a great environment for a large group to get away from it all while still being just a few minutes from anything you may need. Carissa and Cory were extremely responsive to our queries. I would highly recommend for large groups, there's something for everyone.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Check in time on web is earlier than owner wants. So we did show up at 2. The property is big so they were still finishing tidying up. They were kind enough to allow us to check into the main house. The property has many separate areas around, the pictures don’t explain it well. Drone photo would be amazing! They were super generous and let us use the 140lbs of ice and drink anything in the barn industrial fridge. Total score for us! (There was a wedding the prior week). Since the farm is active, the owners are ever present & live on property. I’ve stayed with others owners before and they were like ghosts, you never saw them. Neighbors are surprisingly close to where you are. I would say the home and ADU accomodate 14 (our parties size). Sleeps more, but you could not all be together in any particular space at once and bathrooms/ showers would be a challenge. Dinning room table fits 10 tight. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Everyone’s sharing a bathroom= 3 fulls and one powder room in the main house. There are some improvements that should be addressed. Mostly cosmetics/ upkeep. If I was paying very little a night I’d be more open to turning my eyes from them. Paint touch ups, chipped plates, etc. The barn is awesome. A bathroom out there would be great. We did hire the suggested caterers (amazing!), yogi & masseuse. Owners arranged it all. So wonderful. Cameras on property.

Summary: The property is absolutely beautiful, the house is amazing. We were fortunate enough to host our wedding party and ceremony at the home. Carissa was phenomenal in regards to staying in touch, making sure we had everything we needed and some. We had some early risers and late sleepers and the way the house is laid out, they could remain separate and happy. I can’t express enough how beautiful this home was. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area as it has speakers and a tv for entertainment. The property was secluded enough to not be bothered by neighbors or busy roads but close enough to amenities for convenience. If you’re looking for a nice retreat for family or a group friends, this is the perfect place!

Summary: We stayed here for four days as a family getaway. There was 15 of us ages 0 to 75. We do this once a year using vrbo in various locations and this was one of our favorites. It was a wonderful place with close shopping and family activities. Great hikes around the area and restaurants. The house itself was spectacular. Pool was great, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for our family of 15. Favorite part was the front porch for sure. I would highly recommend for any one for any occasion!

Summary: Our stay at the ranch was exactly what our family needed. My family and I were there for four days for a memorial service for my spouse's brother. The ranch allowed our family to be together to grief and reflect on the great times we all had together. Carissa and Corey were great and accommodating. The ranch is very spacious and there are many activities to do as a family. The beds were great and the house was very clean. We hope next time we stay here it will be for different circumstances. I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Our stay at the ranch was fantastic! A true experience! We were blown away by the meticulous care Carissa and Corey put into ensuring our stay was comfortable. The pool area was a huge draw with the layout for entertaining our large group. We enjoyed the ping pong table, outdoor TV, Music and oversize hot tub. There was literally something for everyone to enjoy. The house is spacious and very well lit during the day with ample room for lounging or playing games. We brought some s'mores and sausages to cook on the fire-pit, which was super fun (wish we would have brought a whole pig, the fire pit is huge!) Everyone had a blast gathering by the fire-pit,star gazing and enjoying the sounds of nature at night. For breakfast, we prepared a huge buffet style meal which was easily accommodated by the well stocked kitchen and farmhouse table for serving. It was evident that a lot of thought has been put into the amenities included. There were phone chargers in every room, the bed linens and towels were top notch and my wife really enjoyed the natural shampoos and conditioners/ whirlpool tub and cave shower. She felt like she had stayed at a spa for the weekend. Another cool thing about the property is that our group was able to walk to a few of the wineries nearby. The Sangria at Principe is to die for. It's pretty amazing having multiple wineries in walking distance. We will be going back for our next large event and have already suggested this place to a few friends as a rustic wedding venue. Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: My family of four stayed here for a four day trip to California. Wanted to visit the parks and attractions. This home was more than enough to fit a small family. Plenty of space and so much thought put into what a family away from home would need. Tons of towels, sheets, bath room accessories and kitchen items to help make yourself more comfortable. There was a good amount of entertainment items for my two young children, mostly the Alexa devices throughout the house. board games, movies and tons of room outside to keep them busy. Bedding in each room was amazing. Very comfy mattresses and bedding that was better than my own. There was alot of outdoor items that we did not get a chance to enjoy due to cold weather and timing. I did have a look at the pool, disc course, horse shoe range and outdoor fireplace. All look like they were capable of a large crowd to enjoy some outdoor activities. This is a country side home so the drive to San Diego was about 45 mins everyday but it was worth it. Nothing bad to say about the place. It is on a dirt road, which it was pretty rainy while we were there. But my very small car had no problem making it back and forth down that road. Very nice stay, we appreciate it!
