Summary: We loved our stay in the Studio! It was a perfect little spot for our trip. The provided parking was greatly appreciated! The AC/Heat was difficult to figure out, so we would have appreciated some instructions on how to get that working.

Summary: Cute efficiency in a great location. And, very important in Eureka Springs, your own parking spot. Very convenient to downtown shops, dining, and entertainment. Right across the street from Chelsea's. King-sized bed was comfortable, everything worked.

Summary: I would love to rate this higher, but in good conscience I can’t. The property was extremely filthy. There was mold in the shower, dog hair from a previous tenant all over, broken slivers of glass in the floor and I could go on. As for the location of this property, it is located in a perfect spot to walk to just about anything you want to see in Eureka Springs. The host, Aspen seems very concerned about what I told her and feel she will make sure there are changes to the cleanliness of the property…I give her 5 stars for her concern and hope she get things fixed up. If it had been clean; I would have left a much better review.
