4. A fee of $750 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
5. Fireworks are not allowed.
6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.
PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don't clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.

Summary: Stayed for a long weekend. Great house for entertaining and plenty of space for everyone. Hope to rent again !!!

Summary: We were surprised that so many things were broken. We had a toilet that didn’t work, a sink that didn’t drain, mold on a vent, light bulbs out, air conditioning not working in game room and cinema room, knobs falling off in the kitchen, broken hot tub, no handles on bath tub in master bath, rotten cushions on outside furniture, but worst of all ants and roaches in the kitchen. We complained and some was fixed. Never fully got rid of bugs! Killed a snake in the front coutyard. First VRBO we have been disappointed in. We bought several things for the kitchen and lregt them. We left some T-shirts and they wouldn’t compensate us by sending them back.
