Suggestion: for an active holiday autumn and the early year are specially appropriate because of the mild climate. The residence and the surroundings offer many possibilities! Motorbike, cycling sports and walkings are possible here. Your own sport equipment can safely be stored here.
Leave your car aside! The residence is placed in quiet position but at few steps from the town centre with its shops, very good restaurants and bars.
Comfortable apartment with private terrace.
The apartment has got 2 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other with bunk beds. New bathroom with shower and WC. Living room with TV Sat, double bed sofa, free wifi and access to the terrace, with lake view. Integrated kitchen with table and chairs. The apartment can host max 6 people, or 5 adults + 2 small children.
For the colder months there is a modern gas heating.
Pets unfortunately are not allowed.
The residence has got many green spaces for all the guests, with tennis court, football field, shadowy sitting sets with a wonderful view, a large pool with sunny terrace, beach lounges and parasols, a wide terrace with bar, tables and chairs near the pool. In summer months barbecues usually take place here.
Within the common spaces of the residence there is a coin washing machine, a play room with some table footballs, a big garden chess, tennis table and 2 automatic darts, for the amusement of children and adults. For our smallest guests there is a recreation ground with swing, slide a.s.o. and a children space in the bar terrace.
Suggestions: though many area are usable in the warm season, the apartment can be rented all the year round.
A large closed storage room can be used for cycles and other sport equipment and is shared by the residence.
The apartment is placed near the attractions of the residence.
A free shuttle bus service is daily at disposal to comfortably reach the large beach of Tignale, without the trouble of finding a parking lot. In this area, the Porto di Tignale, you find free a large beach, a small yacht haven, a kite surf school, a bar and a restaurant.
Many interesting events are yearly arranged by the municipality, in order to offer a selection of services to the tourists; so you find guided excursions on foot or with mountain bike, to the many destinations nearby. In the several markets and festivals you find the typical products of the region. A quite new adventure park is amusing for both children and adults.

TIGNALE - Unique and unforgettable
Thank to its peculiar position - on a plain between campione and Gargnano - on the west coast of the lake, with a wonderful view of the whole lake and of the opposite Mount Baldo, Tignale is one of the most charming destinations of Garda.
Medieval alleys and churches of historical and artistic relevance, but also comfortable hotels, coffee houses and restaurants, and many small shops are indicators of the high quality supply of Tignale.
Tignale stretches out from the lake until the high peaks over the town and indicates an extraordinary many-sided landscape, ideal for open air sport activities.
Tignale is many-sided and is always showing different scenarios. from the rough landscape along the stream S. Michele, to the terraced slopes planted with olive trees between Piovere and Oldesio, to the wide grazings with fruit trees, thick woods, large valleys and steep cliffs, down to the lake, with the small haven and the ancient lemon tree plantation Prà de la Fam, which has been recovered and restored and is now a museum, where you can see the description of the many phases of lemon colture during the centuries.
Between sky and water. Among the nubby olive trees and through centuries-old holm oaks runs the well groomed road to Tignale - a conglomerate of many small hamlets, whose centre is Gardola. Placed inside the natural park "Alto Garda Bresciano", Tignale is one of the most preferred destinations of Garda.
Steep cliffs, wide green terraces, panoramic roads, tracks that twist and turn among crossings, mountains, woods and small villages of the inland.
Lake Garda offers many possibilities for the fans of water sports. Several sail courses incline children and adults towards this beautiful sport. For the fans of motorboats, in Gargnano there are boatyards and docks.
The Fauna - The world of marmot and chamois
Roe deers, deers, steinboks, eagles, marmots and chamois are only some of the many species of the area around Tignale. Come and see them during your walks inside the natural park.
The Flora - outstanding flowers with charming scent
The climatic peculiarity and the geological variety of the area around Tignale promote a rich typical mediterranean vegetation. Holm oaks, spruce firs, grand firs, beeches, hornbeams, oaks, cypresses, olive trees, magnolia, cedar trees, lemon trees, caper bushes and palm trees…a kind of eternal spring, which regenerates the soul and the body.
Sport in Tignale
Near the water sports you find here a large supply for anyone who loves mountain bike and bike sports.
If you like climbing with mountain bike along steep streets, Tignale is a perfect destination, due to its many trails, difficult or not, for fans or professional bikers. The landscape is extraordinarily many-sided, as it stretches out form the lake until the highest peaks, 1900 mt.: Cima Piemp, Passo Puria, Passo Fobia, Passo D'Ere, Bocca Paolone are only some of the destinations, that are worthwhile to be discovered.
Olive oil
Almost no dish is without olive oil. So the olive growers are here peculiarly attentive to the quality. The olives in Tignale traditionally derives from 100% biological colture. The ancient romans used to cultivate olive trees for getting oil. Still today the olives are hand-picked, but are then squeezed in a modern olive press, directly without storage. The oil of Tignale has a quite low acid content. As it has got an extremely balanced taste and velvety aroma, it is apt both with meat and fish.
Truffles
Tignale is rich of truffles: here you find the ordinary black truffle (Tuber mesentericum), the special Perigord black truffle (Tuber melanosporum), the summer truffle and, with a little luck, the Burgundy Truffle (Tuber uncinatum).
A real experience for gourmets is the Truffle festival the first week of October.
