Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you'll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the "Check-in" section and watch the video we made for you!
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent 3 hours before your arrival time.
You'll have complete privacy during your stay, but we're available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the Sanem District of Luxembourg and is part of Esch-sur-Alzette, the capital of the Terres Rouges. The area is known for amazing restaurants, bars, a shopping mall, cinema, concert hall "Rockhal", and historic architecture. The historic district of the ancient Arcelor Mittal steel factory is within walking distance of your doorstep. Plus easy, fast and nearby public transport possibilities to Luxembourg city just around the corner.
Getting Around:
It's about a 22-25 minute drive or about an hour-and-15-minutes by train to/from the LUX International Airport. The train station and central bus station are both only 300 meters, about a 2-minute walk away. There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We'd be happy to help!

Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and a penalty of 500 euros. Please maintain a quiet environment out of respect for our community.
