Summary: Place is very nice and well maintained, other than finding a few things like the master bath with hair spray residue on vanity and toilet seat. And coffe splatter on the counter where the Keurig is located. Also trash bin needs a new battery to operate lid, without it it’s a pain to open the lid as the lid is flush within a rimed opening. Refrigerator ice maker stopped dispensing and had an error code that only the locked display would prevent from displaying. Lint trap in dryer was caked with lint, a possible hazard. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to details. Neighborhood is blue collar and industrial but location appears to be safe catty corner of the street where a police vehicle parking lot. While the Wi-Fi was password protected it was not a secure connection so did not use. Over all this is a nice place and hopefully the owner will keep it so; if we return to Savannah will use again. Thank you

Summary: The house was very comfortable for a family of 5 with kids ages 4-10. There was a crib also in one of the rooms which is nice if you are traveling with babies. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to the main downtown savannah area. We would def rent again in the future. The communication with the manager was easy through the APP and they are very responsive.

Summary: The property is just a 15 minute easy drive to downtown Savannah. The beds are comfortable (huge plus -- every bedroom has a fan), the kitchen and living room is the perfect size for 6 guests, and the entire home is decorated so nicely. If we decide to come back to Savannah again, we know where to stay! Chip, the owner, couldn't have been nicer and was so quick to answer all of my questions.
