Summary: We totally and completely happy with our stay. The home is as pictured. Close to shops, restaurants & grocery store. It was quiet & peaceful both during the day & night. What a treat to enjoy the fireflies, while chatting on the patio. The Hosts instructions & communication were crystal clear. Our fingers are crossed that the home is available the next time we are in the area.

Summary: Master bedroom was very nice, we should have brought extra pillows. Plenty of towels and face cloths. The upstairs bedrooms were very basic good for kids but adults found the beds low. The living room was very nice, but the tv was challenging, Charlotte motor speedway was literally in our backyard, but we couldn’t get the race on the TV. We used the garage which was nice but I felt like you had to walk around a bunch of stuff. Overall the house was very nice and clean and the kitchen was well equipped and I would recommend this place to a friend to stay. Thanks to the host for having a nice welcome booklet.

Summary: We stayed over the weekend to enjoy the Concord Mills Mall and to do a few things in Charlotte. The house was very clean and close to the mall and motor speedway. The host was excellent with communication and helping us get into the house. There were 2 things that were very odd though, I booked thru VRBO and then was directed through a company called Evolve and was directed through that company. I was just praying that I wasn't being scammed... Another thing this is his PERSONAL home. There were personal things throughout the home. His personal clothing, shoes, photos, mail, food in refrigerator, freezer, and etc. That's a first for me.
