Positive: Great caravan that had just about all we needed and was very clean

Negative: The only thing was the exchanging of damage deposit and then the wait to have this returned, I wasn’t keen on handing over my bank details and was concerned but this did work out although I felt having to wait up to 14 days for damage deposit to be returned was to long
