Summary: We stayed at this lovely home in Inwood for 6 weeks. Communication was excellent and location was fabulous!

Summary: My family and I stayed in this home from 7.18-7.23 2022. The VRBO listing shows a creamy stucco home with a large grassy backyard, covered patio and pool. The house we showed up to was a red brick, rocky backyard with a small pool and no covered patio. We immediately contacted the housing manager and VRBO about the misrepresentation. The housing manager then proceeded to tell us they did not use the correct exterior photos on the listing to “protect the guest’s privacy” and instead put a photo of a completely different house, backyard and pool on the listing. We were and are incredibly upset and disappointed to have been deceived in this way. Once we arrived and began to settle in, we realized there were more issues than just the misrepresentation of the exterior. The house was not real clean. The issues with the house cleanliness we experienced include but are not limited to: Bleach in the hand soaps and dish soap, ruining our clothing before we realized, some of the bed linens had not been washed. One set of bedding was full of chips, hair, and other trash. We also noticed hair and dried urine around the toilet seats. The laundry room had dirty linens laying on the floor. The backyard was littered with discarded pool floats, cigarettes, charcoal bags, popsicle wrappers, used paper towels, and other various trash. The kitchen was understocked and did not have the adequate supplies. We also found MANY dirty dishes in the cabinets. While the house is awkwardly full of beds, there are few lamps, side tables, and few blinds. Most of the furniture is broken or falling apart. There are TV’s located in most rooms, however there are no remote controls and no access to internet or cable of any kind. Three of the five in the house did not work, again a misrepresentation from the VRBO listing. As we looked around the house upon arrival, there were no basic instructions to stay here including: wifi password, door code, trash instructions, tv instructions, etc. that you would normally expect in a VERBO home. We had to contact the property manager repeatedly upon arrival My family have owned VRBO property, but also used VRBO many times in the past with good experiences. It is obvious that the owners of this property or manager take very little care of their property or have concern about the deceptive practices they are engaged in. I will end on a positive note, the property location and wonderful neighborhood is great. Request current photos!

Summary: Property location was wrong online. Pool was awesome. There are beds everywhere and couldn’t open some doors to closets and bathrooms. The property didn’t feel complete and well thought out.

Summary: The property is not well kept. It needs a good cleaning. The organization and furnishings in the bedrooms need to be reorganized. There is a lot of junk stored in the drawers. The property manager was excellent when I addressed the issues.

Summary: We had a Great experience! Great communication with house manager. We enjoyed our stay. Pool was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone. Only suggestion to have a guide of "What to know while you stay here." But our questions were always answered in a timely manner. We will stay again.

Summary: Evelyn did a great job communicating with me. Beautiful home but it needs a good cleaning. Floors were so dirty, that after my son walked around after taking a shower, his feet were black. Washing machine and dryer were full when we got there, so we finished the towels/sheets. 1 room had dirty linens in the closet. Trash was in pantry when we got there. The refrigerator smelled bad and the freezer needed cleaning also. Positive features - rooms were spacious, AC worked great, kids enjoyed the pool.

Summary: We got an upgrade and it was great!!! Evelyn was always there when we needed her and I loved that we were in a gated area. I really enjoyed the stay!!! Definitely recommend!
