There are two bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other has a full bed with a single loft bed. Guests may also use the couch in the living room as an additional place to sleep.
We do not allow parties at this property. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance or audio recording. It simply notifies guests and us when the noise levels has reached a volume that would disturb the neighbors.
We are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet.
After booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. It basically asks guests to follow these guidelines:
- Pick up after dog droppings
- Do not allow the dog to bark excessively
- Do not allow dogs on furniture or beds
- Don’t leave animals unsupervised, unless they are in a crate.
- Put pet sheets on furniture
- Pets must be housebroken
- Crate the dog if left unattended indoors for a long period of time.
- Groom the dog before the trip and vacuum after your pet if it sheds excessively
- The dog must be up-to-date on immunizations
*If these guidelines are not followed, guests will be charged the extra fee for cleaning.
A $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

Summary: We had a very comfortable stay at this property. Big fenced backyard for the dog. Cozy bedrooms, comfortable living room. Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely book again.

Summary: Had everything we needed. Though it took some time to locate the scissors we found two. K-cups provided allowed us to get moving in the morning. The living and eating spaces were big enough for three adults and a large dog. The fenced back yard was great for the dog as well. The neighbors are pleasant and friendly. It's on a nice quiet side street that is close to the highway that gets to the places you want to visit. I will chose this again.

Summary: The cutest, most cozy little cottage. It’s located in a residential neighborhood which we found to be very quiet and well maintained. The fenced back yard was great for our pups. Plenty of room to run around. Inside is absolutely beautiful and well stocked. We found the beds to be very comfy. Very easy commute to all the tourist spots, even on a busy holiday! Will definitely be back 😊.

Summary: The property is outside the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to plenty of things to do that it is not a far drive. There is a little bit of road noise from loud vehicles some times but otherwise it was quiet. The house was clean and stocked with most things you would need for your stay (paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, coffee maker, pots/pans, and dishwasher detergent). I would definitely stay again especially because it was close to the reason we were visiting.
