Summary: We LOVED this condo!! It was very clean. Great check-in instructions . Had all amenities. Fully stocked kitchen that we greatly appreciated. A/C worked great!! Extra roll-away beds came in very handy. We enjoyed the pool. We only wish we’d found this sooner—it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Moab. The owners are awesome. We would highly recommend!!

Summary: The property was mostly clean. The floors needed to be mopped better but overall it was pretty clean. It is a little beat up from wear and tear too. Otherwise it was it was a good place to stay that fit my family of 7 comfortably at an affordable price. It is just outside the city away from all of the tourist traffic but close enough to get to everything quickly. The property management company was also very fast to respond to any of our concerns and rectify any issues we had quickly. I would give it a 7 or 8 out of 10.

Summary: Just off the main road for a more peaceful stay but conveniently located 10-15 min from downtown Moab. Unit offered a nice supply of the basics and had great cooking utensils, dinnerware and linens/towels. We were in Moab to visit our daughter and son-in-law.
