Positive: First of all Katy the owner was excellent and couldnt do enough for us. The accommodation was excellent with good views of the surrounding locatiion. It was quiet and peacefull, which is just what we were looking for. The accommodation is well appoointed and very close to local amenities and also close to towns such as Beverly or even Hull city itself.

Negative: Nothing as far as were concerned, Katy made us feel very welcome and was the perfecte host.

Summary: Our stay was just what we wanted but it was too short !!!!!! We should have stayed longer.

Positive: The property is a great setup, with a dog friendly back garden, clean and tidy, and had some personal touches on arrival. The host was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome.

Negative: Nothing bad to say about my stay here.

Summary: I would reccommend staying at this location, with close cafes and pubs within walking distance.

Positive: Lovely host. Extremely clean and great attention to detail. Location great, close to pubs, shops and lovely walks. Bed super comfy, lots of throws and extra blankets etc provided. Huge, hot shower! Stairs very deep and wide so accessible and easy to climb. Visitors and dogs allowed! Garden is communal with owner but allowed access at all times including summer house. Well equipped.

Negative: No designated parking had to park on the road. Downstairs often very cold, although plug in fireplace is provided.

Summary: Clean, cosy, comfy!

Positive: Great space. Great facilities. Lovely view over horse paddocks and very quiet. Katie is a lovely friendly host-nothing is too much trouble. Loved the fresh eggs from the hens ! Will be back!
