Guests have private access to the entire unit 1 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 1. The bike wash is shared with the other 4 units in the building.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.
We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.

Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment and bicycle wash: all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside.
If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab.
There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to get to the national parks or wherever they plan to go. Vehicle rental from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.

Summary: This is a very nice place and space, particularly for 2 couples. It is right off the main street, so everything in downtown Moab is within walking distance. Yet, this is on a quiet side street tucked away from the tourist crowds.The kitchen was devoid of basic cooking supplies (oil, sugar, flour, etc.) or spices (except for salt and pepper), so plan accordingly.

Summary: Our family (two adults, three kids,) stayed there in December. The apartment was great. It’s clean and spacious. Lots of restaurants and the national Park visitor center are within an easy walk.This particular unit is at ground level so you don’t have much privacy if the blinds are open. But the unit is set away from the main street so that wasn’t an issue.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property. We especially loved being so close to Arches National Park. We were able to visit the park not only during the day, but also went back to watch the sunset and star gaze after dinner. We walked to most of the restaurants and shops, all within a very short distance from the condo. The furniture was comfortable and the condo had most everything we needed and more. My only complaint is that there is no ice maker and only one ice tray. This caused us to have to purchase ice for our drinks, as we quickly ran out. I saw this mentioned in another review, but assumed the issue had been corrected. This is so basic, so I dont understand why this issue hasn't been addressed. A minor inconvenience for sure, but no one expects to have to run out for ice. Fix this for future guests! A few extra wash cloths would have been helpful also. Otherwise, it was a great experience and we would stay here again.
