Une caution remboursable de 5000€ est demandée au moment de la réservation. Elle est destinée à couvrir les dégâts et/ou les frais générés en cas de dégradation des lieux. Elle est à régler au plus tard 15 jours avant l'arrivée par virement bancaire (ou exceptionnellement en espèces à l'arrivée en contrepartie d'un reçu). La caution est restituée 10 jours après le départ ou plus si des devis doivent être établis en cas de remise en état ou réparation nécessaire. La casse de petits objets ou vaisselle sans valeur est toléré et ne seront pas déduits de la caution.
