Positive: The caravan was very clean and comfortable. The little touches were nice tea and coffee, washing up liquid and clothes, toilet roll all the things you might forget. There was a bit of wear and tear in places but this doesn't effect the comfort or overall experience of the stay

Positive: Very comfortable beds no sagging mattress. Welcome pack. Bedding clean. Towels provided great help.

Negative: Not being notified there was change of ownership since booking and not notified of new key pad number, luckily i had original owners phone number and they contacted new owner who gave us the correct number. As weather very cold did not appreciate having to do above.
