Positive: Secluded private location. Close to where we needed to go. Clean and convenient. Very comfortable. Owner was very nice and attentive. We will definitely stay here again!

Positive: The location was great! We were close to everything with easy access to the main highways / arteries. There were a ton of cool local groceries as well as large stores for supplies nearby. We were visiting local friends and were able to grill for them in the beautiful and spacious back yard. The hot tub was a welcome relief when we would come home from our hikes. We only had a couple of things we needed addressed during our stay and the hosts were responsive, helpful, and kind throughout the process.

Negative: I really don't have much to complain about. The only annoying thing about the property has nothing to do with the property or the hosts. It's just that the street the property has been cut off from turns by the ART bus. Any time we'd have to go across the bridge into the center of town (for most things outside of the immediate neighborhood) we'd have to fight our way into a left turn lane (if it wasn't backed up by 20 cars) and then sit at an incredibly long light to cut a u-turn. But, as I said, this was not a problem with the property. It's just a warning to leave ten minutes early if you have any scheduled events or reservations!

Summary: Patio, cookouts, & hot tubbing - This was a lovely oasis during our big New Mexico adventure!

Positive: Very clean house and private backyard . Cute decor.

Negative: We were there during road construction time. Getting there was tricky but when that is over it should be better.
