Positive: Good location along the way to Zermatt

Negative: Our stay was sadly affected by the bad weather that caused the entire region out of electricity and out of reach by phone and road being inaccessible. We are completely isolated from the outside world for 2 days until we were noticed by a nice neighbor that the road block is clear and we could drive out from the affected area. While it is nothing to do with the property but we couldn’t find any emergency torch in the apartment that makes our stay horrible. Complete darkness at night, no gas cooker to cook food, no instruction for seeking outside help, … etc. which reflects the lack of preparedness of property owner to take care of the tenant in case of emergency.

Positive: Very nice place: good location, large rooms, cleanliness. The kitchen has a lot of things (including coffee) that can be useful for preparing breakfast or dinner. The owner is very polite, reliable and kind. In fact, I am in great admiration of the place and I got a lot of pleasure from staying there. Thank you, especially to the owner for your attention and care! I recommend it to others and I will definitely stay there next time! Thank you!

Positive: Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment in chalet just outside St Niklaus. Well-equipped, plenty of space for our family of five (2 adults, 3 teenagers) and all our gear. Super convenient access: chalet is on main road, garage right next to entrance (large enough for our big car with ski box on roof). Just 10 mins drive up to Täsch for skiing at Zermatt, but much cheaper than staying in Zermatt itself. We loved it and would happily stay here again.

Negative: The place is a little difficult to find in the dark: a sign or illuminated house number would be helpful. Being on the main road there is some traffic noise, but it is not intrusive and didn't bother us (the road is quiet at night).
