Recently upgraded 3BD/2BA in the desirable Mission San Jose district of Fremont. Experience perfect weather, a spacious house, with lovely redwood trees in a huge backyard set up for barbecuing and outdoor dining on a fantastic redwood deck. It is a southern facing house with lots of light, vaulted ceilings, and minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and highway 680 / 880 access. The house comfortably fits 8, with 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 twin beds, and a high-end twin size SF Futon Company chair. All beds have comfortable, clean, high-end mattresses in sealed mattress protectors. We can provide an Aerobed for a 8th person. The spacious kitchen with a new stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher is well-stocked with a full set of cookware, blender, rice cooker/slow cooker, Oneida cutlery, coffee maker, tea kettle and more! The house has been recently upgraded with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and laminate flooring. A new washer and dryer are located in the garage. Prime location for BART, SF, Silicon Valley, Napa, Monterey/Carmel. A short walk to hiking trails, restaurants & coffee shops!

Summary: We had a wonderful Christmas week at Susan's home. It is beautiful neighborhood and felt very safe. It is close to the main freeways which saves time when you are on vacation. We really enjoyed the home. The instructions were easy to follow. She has a booklet which has all the restaurants and other fun things to do in California. I would definitely recommend this property. Summary: Susan is amazing! She goes above and beyond to help you get around the area. I would call to get direction on how to get around and she would print out maps and suggest place to go. It was just awesome. Made me feel as I was home! She leaves details instruction for everything. I can’t say enough on how wonderful this trip turn out.

Summary: We had a great stay in this immaculate house in Fremont. Susan was a great host and took time to explain the home’s layout. She also had some goodies to welcome us which was a nice touch. We slept seven comfortably in the home, and appreciated its convenient location to Paseo Padre and Interstate 680. Overall, a beautiful home and great stay. Will not hesitate to come back in the future.

Summary: "House Rules" are reasonable, especially nowadays, but it felt strict, especially use of A.C. The "grand tour" felt lengthy, much of it being obvious. Just wanted to go to bed. "Our" time was an hour later.

Summary: The house is really spacious and beautiful. Susan was really helpful. Had some troubles when visisted San Francisco downtown susan showed up in middle of the night to help that too in pouring raing. Will definitely book again

Summary: Based on the pictures we thought it be nice, but they didn't fully capture how nice the layout is. Great outside deck, nice and private. We plan to visit the area again next year and will definitively choose this place again for our next stay.
