You will find the homes interior beautifully appointed, featuring tasteful decor, vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, main living room and first floor bedrooms. This home also features a wood burning fireplace and plenty of glorious light throughout.
This property is perfectly landscaped with tight hedges, bluestone and conveniently placed herbs and is surrounded by high hedges and green giants to create a unique and completely private front and backyard oasis.
As you exit the sliding french doors from each first floor bedroom , you will be greeted by a compact backyard that you will never want to leave. Enjoy an outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub for four. Should you wish to sit in the sun, lounge chairs await you. If its shade you desire , a gazebo with custom awning and comfortable seating are at hand for your enjoyment. Just back from the beach or just need to freshen up? No need to go inside, just follow the brick patio to a lovely outdoor shower. This shower has hot water and features an overhead shower-head. Summary: What a great house in a perfect location!! The house is located in Baypoint located right across the street from Long Beach. It’s very walkable and you can actually see both a sunrise and sunset just steps from the front yard. Baypoint has 3 points of access to the water with views of two bodies of water yet its only a 5 minute drive to town and all the shops and restaurants. The house is just perfect. The decor is exactly like the photos and perfectly appointed in light neutral shades. The artwork is very interesting and modern with a warm touch. The upstairs King beds are very comfortable with fresh,crisp clean linens. The bathroom has a fabulous high pressure shower and plenty of room. There are plenty of TV’s in every bedroom and a comfortable sectional couch with a great TV in the great room. The open concept of the floor plan worked great for us. The kitchen has everything you need and a casual center island vibe. The finishes throughout the house or at the highest level, if you have an eye for detail you will notice it down to every kitchen draw pull. The downstairs is the perfect guest bedroom with its own bath, TV, and entrance to the outside making it the perfect place for guests to stay. The outdoor space is exactly as you see with a convenient oversized dining table and a quiet, private contained back yard to relax in. There is even a large jacuzzi hot tub to take a relaxing soak in and an outdoor shower to cool off or use on the run. The comfy cottage outback has an office set up to work quietly or relax with its own small kitchenette and perfect full bathroom and shower. It’s like its own mini oasis away from the main house giving you a self contained area to work or relax. This couldn’t have not been a more perfect stay. We hope to be back soon this summer.
