Summary: We rented this property as a large group of friends and all of our kids. There were 10 adults and 12 children in this property and the house was so enormous that we still had empty beds! The location is perfect, right across the street from the beautiful Destin beaches! A 6 person golf cart was included in this stay and it was such a great perk! All of the families had fun taking turns touring around the area on a golf cart. The house was unbelievable! It was massive - and even with 22 people we never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool and hot tub were HUGE and we paid to have it heated which was totally worth the cost. We had a couple small issues with the pool and some minor TV, appliance things but the management company was lightning fast on addressing any of those issues as soon as I called. I can’t say enough good things about this place! It will be tough to beat this vacation and this property!

Summary: Great pool and hot tubs. The covered areas outdoors accommodated our entire group during a few rain spells. The kitchen was fantastic for the private chefs we hired to prepare dinners. Our guests were beyond pleased. Property management responded immediately to a couple of small issues.

Summary: This house was everything we hoped it would be. The pictures don't lie. It's beautiful. The pool is enormous and we all loved it. Inside was spacious and comfortable. Great place to be with my family and the kids and I can't wait to go back again.
