Located just 5 minutes via car from both downtown Corvallis and OSU campus, The Southtown Stylin' PNW is a great spot for a trip to the Willamette Valley. Comprising of two stylish bedrooms, both with king sized beds, a full bathroom with his and her sinks, an in-unit washer/dryer, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette this daylight basement apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This is a pet friendly home with a newly updated fully fenced yard!
**Please note because this is a basement- you should expect some noise transfer. Please inquire first to check if there is a booking in the unit above and size of the group if you might be sensitive to noise. This is priced to accommodate for it being a downstairs unit.**
There is one other short term rental unit on the main two floors of this home. Nothing however is shared, except driveway and backyard. All units have their own private entrances. All areas are SECURE and private.

- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.
🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.
🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.
🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.
🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.
💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.
There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.

Summary: This is a great little place. The beds were very comfy, the decor was updated and nice, the place was spotless. The bathroom is big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The kitchen is small but well appointed for the space. We planned on this and had room for our needs. I loved the access to extra bedding. The check-in process was easy and check-out was low stress. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: I get down to Corvallis periodically with a friend to watch Beaver games (football, baseball, basketball), and we generally stay in a hotel downtown. We won't do that again now that we discovered Mary's property. It was more economical and much more comfortable to stay in. The property was immaculate and offered the 2 of us plenty of room to relax before and after the game. This will be the first place we check when looking for a place to stay when we visit Corvallis in the future.
