Summary: Came in town for a family get-together. Great location - close to UT and in a quiet neighborhood. All king beds is a huge plus. The owner Matt is great and super-responsive!

Summary: Our extended family was in town for a graduation. This home was just perfect for us. The community space is bright and open, with plenty of space and seating to be comfortable and not "on top of each other". The kitchen has everything we needed and then some. We really enjoyed being around the fire pit in the evening- what a great design. King beds for everyone was so wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking for all of us. Great location- we walked to the grocery store. Very easy drive to downtown. Just a great family time made even better because we stayed at this lovely home.
