Positive: Lori and Gavin are perfect hosts, and 5, Grande Rue is a comfortable Bed&Breakfast venue that is dog friendly, has great style and offers countless possibilities for lovers of nature and beautiful landscapes. Château du Lude us only a five minutes walk away, and there are nice restaurants in the small town of Le Lude. Breakfast was great, no surprise with those hosts - I‘d absolutely go there again!

Negative: It is an old building, so there are some compromises to make, but nothing that would prevent an all around great stay!

Summary: Lovely hosts, charming venue, what more could you ask for?

Positive: Beautiful house with lovely owners who made us feel very welcome indeed. Our room was large and airy with lots of light, comfortable beds with excellent bed linen and a great shower. Wonderful to have the courtyard parking next to the house. Le Lude is a very interesting village and the château and its gardens are delightful.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: We were made to feel very welcome and our room was lovely and comfortable and breakfast was very good. The chambre d'hôte is in the centre of Le Lude and there is a beautiful chateau to visit and very good restaurants nearby. We hope to return later in the year and stay for more than one night.
