Positive: Had a little mix up getting into some of the house but the hostess was right on top of it. No problems. Everything in the house was extremely clean and nice. The area was very quiet and was comfortable to be around. Loved the back yard to sit at the end of the day and relax. Large grocery stores and entertainment close by.

Negative: The yard had a pile of ashes or something that turned the dogs feet black if they got into it and we then had to clean off their feet very well. They were show dogs and we had to really watch them since we spent the days at a show. Also there were several cigarettes butts laying around on the ground in the back yard. We picked up some of them.

Summary: It was very nice and I would return in a heart beat. Excellent hostess and house. Worth the money!

Positive: The space was big enough and spacious. Enjoyed the 2 bathrooms and parking.

Negative: The queen bed we slept on sunk in the middle so it was very uncomfortable. Our was the only one that did that. Others were fine.

Positive: This is a quaint, very well-maintained, clean, 5 bedroom/ 2 full bath house that was reasonably priced and convenient for what we needed in Yuba City. We will definitely rent this place again hopefully in the summer so we can use their beautiful gazebo and bbq area in the backyard.

Negative: We had a minor issue with the thermostat and a few minor things but I have made the homeowner aware and she said she was appreciative of me alerting her to the issues.
